Dr. Patrick Bottenfield

I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with my Doctorate of Chiropractic with a Sports Emphasis. Prior to this, I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Augsburg University in Minneapolis while also being a part of the Augsburg University Baseball Team. I am also currently finishing my Master’s of Exercise Science at Concordia University – St. Paul. Along the way, I was able to learn from many different mentors as well as attend multiple seminars that have allowed me to learn different soft tissue modalities that I use in practice along with the most important part, the adjustment. I am currently Graston certified, and also have a lot of experience with different forms of myofascial release therapies and other instrument based soft tissue techniques.

Whenever I experienced modern healthcare throughout my life, it always felt like something was missing. There seemed to be some sort of disconnect when it came to looking at a person’s health. This, along with many personal experiences throughout my life is why I decided to become a chiropractor. For me, when I look at health, I think of it in terms of pillars of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When one of these things is not in alignment and functioning optimally, then we cannot expect the others to function at their best either.

In my free time, I love being active, doing CrossFit, playing golf, and spending time with my family and friends. I cannot wait to help you achieve your goals and get you back in alignment!
